Yes. We buy from authorised importers and brand distributors. Every imported tub has the Indian importer’s sticker with their name and address. Ask us and we will show you the purchase invoice.

After you place the order you will see our UPI ID, the exact amount and your order number, each with a copy button. Open any UPI app, choose “Pay to UPI ID”, paste them and pay. Then send the order to us on WhatsApp with the payment screenshot. We mark it paid once the money shows in our account.

UPI apps now block payment links from websites unless the shop uses a paid payment gateway. Copying our UPI ID works in every app and costs you nothing extra.

It is the 12-digit reference number of your UPI payment. You find it in your UPI app under the payment’s details, sometimes called “UPI Ref No.” or “UPI transaction ID”. Entering it is optional but helps us match your payment faster.

We cannot take back opened or sealed supplements for a change of mind, because they are food products. If you are unsure which product to choose, ask us before ordering.

We only sell stock with at least 45 days left before its best-before date, and the product page shows the earliest best-before date we have.
